Advantage Construction was started by Eric Schmoldt in 1994 after gaining experience in the real estate market as a carpenter/contractor apprentice/investor. During this time, he was a sole owner of a successful restaurant but felt that the construction business held more challenges and rewards. Since the company's origin, Advantage Construction has been involved with many facets of the construction business. Projects include:

All of the work performed by Advantage is supervised by Eric to ensure that the requests of the customer have been met and that the high standards of the company are being implemented. Advantage has devoted itself to providing quality work at a fair price and above all, never calling a job complete until the customer has called it complete. The company and its owners have never been involved with any form of litigation and have an excellent standing with the Better Business Bureau. The employees of Advantage, selected for their work ethic, honesty, and pride in their skills, have been with the company for many years.
